1月15日,中國兵器工(gong)業集(ji)(ji)團北方特(te)種能源集(ji)(ji)團有限公(gong)(gong)司西安慶(qing)華公(gong)(gong)司表彰獲得公(gong)(gong)司首屆(jie)“慶(qing)華工(gong)匠”和“慶(qing)華工(gong)匠提名(ming)(ming)獎”榮譽的20名(ming)(ming)人(ren)員,大力弘揚(yang)工(gong)匠精神。 評(ping)選(xuan)、表(biao)彰、獎勵“慶(qing)(qing)華工(gong)匠”,這是慶(qing)(qing)華公司(si)建(jian)廠以來第一(yi)次(ci)。這是大力(li)弘揚(yang)“精(jing)益求精(jing)、敬業奉獻”工(gong)匠精(jing)神(shen)(shen),學習(xi)“兵(bing)器(qi)大工(gong)匠”王(wang)飛橋(qiao)精(jing)神(shen)(shen)在慶(qing)(qing)華的一(yi)個重要載體。 首屆“慶(qing)(qing)(qing)華(hua)(hua)工(gong)匠”評選活動在一線技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)員中開展,按照評選資(zi)格條件,14個基層單(dan)位推薦上報(bao)了(le)72名技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)員參加(jia)評選。慶(qing)(qing)(qing)華(hua)(hua)公司充分發揮微信平(ping)臺、《慶(qing)(qing)(qing)華(hua)(hua)》報(bao)、慶(qing)(qing)(qing)華(hua)(hua)局域(yu)網、慶(qing)(qing)(qing)華(hua)(hua)電視臺等(deng)宣傳(chuan)媒體作(zuo)用,開設“大國小將”專欄,開展“尋找(zhao)身邊的(de)能(neng)工(gong)巧匠、講(jiang)好新時代慶(qing)(qing)(qing)華(hua)(hua)故事(shi)(shi)”活動專項宣傳(chuan),充分挖掘和宣傳(chuan)了(le)28名技(ji)藝(yi)精湛的(de)“慶(qing)(qing)(qing)華(hua)(hua)工(gong)匠”先進事(shi)(shi)跡。此次評選堅持不唯學歷(li)、資(zi)歷(li)、年齡,突出工(gong)匠精神(shen)原則,評審(shen)專家依(yi)據(ju)候(hou)選人(ren)技(ji)能(neng)水平(ping)、業績成(cheng)果、榮譽獎(jiang)勵及(ji)單(dan)位意見等(deng),最終(zhong)評選出8名“慶(qing)(qing)(qing)華(hua)(hua)工(gong)匠”、12名“慶(qing)(qing)(qing)華(hua)(hua)工(gong)匠”提(ti)名獎(jiang)獲得者(zhe)。 慶華公司給予王新(xin)立等8名“慶華工匠(jiang)”獎(jiang)(jiang)獲得者每人10000元(yuan)的獎(jiang)(jiang)勵,給予王俊等12名“慶華工匠(jiang)提名”獎(jiang)(jiang)獲得者每人5000元(yuan)的獎(jiang)(jiang)勵。同時(shi)號召(zhao)全(quan)體(ti)員工特別是廣大技能工人以先(xian)進為榜樣,振(zhen)奮精(jing)(jing)神、追趕超越。鼓勵各基層單(dan)位要大力(li)弘揚工匠(jiang)精(jing)(jing)神,積極(ji)培育工匠(jiang)成長(chang)的環境,搭(da)建工匠(jiang)競先(xian)涌現的平臺,為企業發展(zhan)培養更多具有工匠(jiang)精(jing)(jing)神的人才。
